Semnox Solutions partners The GAMEROOM

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has collaborated with The GAMEROOM powered by Hasbro at American Dream in New Jersey, US. This partnership will provide cutting-edge arcade management, optimise processes, and improve the entire visitor experience.

The GAMEROOM is a family entertainment centre (FEC) which features classic Hasbro brands like Monopoly, G.I. Joe Laser Tag, My Little Pony, and Hungry Hungry Hippos. Its immersive experiences are intended to foster togetherness through play.

Semnox worked with the attraction’s software developers and designers to produce an integrated system that tracks activation rights and scores and displays digital scoreboards and score-to-ticket conversions that can be used to redeem prizes.

Ron Drakas, general manager of The GAMEROOM, says: “The support is great, the team has been great, and everyone is very responsive. The system is expansive and always changing and evolving, with lots of bells and whistles.”

Customised solutions

The GAMEROOM optimises operations using Semnox’s multi-channel sales technology, to include eight on-site kiosks and online attraction and booking sales. The Attraction Scheduling system streamlines slot-based booking for busy attractions such as G.I. Joe Laser Tag and customised Roller Games.

Semnox also provides the FEC with a full range of operational solutions, such as online Sales & Attraction Scheduling software-enabled retail sales and group/party event card fulfilment. In addition, the technology supports virtual card reloads and card registration, guaranteeing a smooth and effective visitor experience.

Semnox’s technology suite includes powerful cloud-based reporting with executive email report scheduling. The installation will also include an integrated BI reporting platform that is being developed with The GAMEROOM and makes use of Semnox’s API options.

Last month, Semnox Solutions announced that it has renewed its partnership with Malahi, a leading Saudi company in the entertainment sector.
