SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment, experts in designing, building and operating special F/X driven cinematic attractions featuring blockbuster content from the world’s major film studios, have announced the launch of a themed Batman™ laser maze attraction.
Developed exclusively with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Entertainment, the Batman Laser Challenge uses high-visibility lasers, UV lighting, branded elements, character dialogue, music and special effects to create an action-packed adventure that appeals to Batman fans across a broad demographic.

To take on the Batman laser maze, challengers move through a web of laser beams, completing mission objectives as they go. The faster they complete the maze without breaking the laser beams, the higher their score.
The Adventuredome Theme Park in the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas will debut the first Batman Laser Challenge. Vice President of the Adventuredome, Tom Nolan, said, “Our guests are very excited about this new attraction, many opting to take on the challenge more than once to improve their score or to compete with a friend.”
The Batman Laser Challenge is available in both single and double maze configurations and has a small space requirement, a throughput capacity of 30-40 guests per hour and performs well as a stand-alone experience or alongside a 4-D Theater.
Commenting on the announcement, Mark Cornell, Senior Vice President of Attractions Development at SimEx-Iwerks, said, “We are excited to add this one-of-a-kind attraction to our extensive entertainment portfolio.
