Ticketing software specialist, TopTix, has been named as ticketing and CRM solutions provider to The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF).
Every year, the Foundation in North Dakota hosts a wide-ranging programme of entertainments and attractions including the Medora Musical which draws over 100, 000 guests. Anticipating this year’s 50th anniversary, the Foundation was keen to install an advanced ticketing and CRM system that was both customer-friendly and capable of centralising all ticketing and transactions.
TRMF chose TopTix’ SRO4 platform to manage all its ticketing and related CRM activities.

Since switching to SRO4 this summer season, the web-based ticketing reservations have already doubled as a percentage of total sales.
