Ticketing software specialist, TopTix, has provided its SRO4 software solution to the Japan Society.
The non-profit will be using the web-delivered technology and API-based system for ticketing, CRM and marketing.
The Japan Society is an American non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting a deeper understanding between the United States and Japan in a global context.
The society hosts over 100 events annually showcasing Japanese art and culture in its 262-seat theatre. The venue also features an art gallery, language centre, library and conference rooms.
SRO4 was chosen for its ability to offer flexible ticketing, an easier buying process and an improved online experience.
Lawrence Kong, Director of Information Technology was quick to praise the TopTix implementation and support teams: “They were onsite with us during our transition, responsive to issues which arose during the implementation and answering our questions in a timely manner, ” he said.
Katie Dewey, Director of Implementation and Support at TopTix added: “Their focus was on utilizing the power of the SRO4 rules-based engine in order to serve their customers with dynamic membership benefits and discounts that had never been possible before. Their commitment to customer service throughout the project was impressive and I'm excited to watch their success moving forward.”
TopTix’ flagship platform, SRO (Standing Room Only), currently supports over 500 institutions, processing 80 million tickets a year.
