TopTix’ Ticketing and CRM Platform Proves A Winner With Sports Clubs

Ticketing and CRM software specialist, TopTix Ltd. is celebrating a burgeoning client roster of football and sports clubs.

The company’s flagship SRO4 platform has proved a hit with clubs both at home and abroad, with particularly strong growth in The Netherlands.

TopTix' SRO4 distribution partner in the region, ESB.TSB, has added 30 clients in just five months.

Founder and Managing Director, Desiree de Koning commented, “We’ve been launching a new SRO-user every three days. That’s extraordinary, even in The Netherlands.”

Eli Dagan, TopTix Co-Founder and Head of Products said he had designed SRO4 with the Olympics in mind: “Our plan with SRO4 was to create the industry’s most flexible and robust ticketing platform for sports and entertainment. It just made sense to build a framework capable of supporting the world’s most massive ticketing event.”

The platform currently supports over 500 institutions, processing 80 million tickets a year.

Brandon Furse, Head of Ticketing, Analytics and Technology at Derby County Football Club, was quick to praise the system saying he was not aware of any other offering in the UK sports market that could offer the same level of functionality and flexibility.

“The SRO4 rules engine, which is at the heart of the system design, opens up a whole new level of flexibility when selling events and our clients and their customers are enjoying the benefits, ” reported Peter Joyce, TopTix Managing Director for UK Sport.

The company is now looking to University athletic departments in the U.S. that could benefit from its dynamic ticketing system with multi-event, multi-venue and alumni subscriber management capabilities.
