accesso Technology Group plc has announced a contract win with Merlin Entertainments plc.
The three year Master Service Agreement covers the accesso Passport® suite of ticketing and eCommerce solutions and will begin with a trial installation at THORPE PARK Resort.
The accesso Passport ticketing suite allows guests convenient online access to advance ticket sales across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices at the same time supporting the operator’s onsite sales with traditional point-of-sale, mobile point-of-sale and self-service kiosks through a forward-thinking, cloud based platform that offers lower operating costs, advanced features and improved data access versus legacy software models.
