tor.

Ms. Pannier-Runacher replaces Mr. Franck Silvent, and will be working alongside Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dominique Marcel.
A 38-year-old graduate of HEC and ENA, Agnès Pannier-Runacher began her career at the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry and has since held posts at the Public Hospitals of Paris Organization; the Caisse des Dépôts Group; the French public strategic investment fund (FSI) and more recently as Client Division Director for automotive equipment manufacturer Faurecia and an independent Director of, and Chairman of the Audit Committee for, the Bourbon Group.
