Leading creator of rides and attractions, Dynamic Attractions has launched a new theming service to complement its innovative ride systems.
The new service, dubbed Unlimited Attractions, offers a one-stop shop for theme-park owners, providing both the ride and all the show elements desired to bring it to life.
Services offered include story concepts, lighting, scenery, media, and special effects.
Described as an ‘industry first’, the new service was announced at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando. The centre of operations for Unlimited Attractions will be the company’s new Attractions Development Centre, set to open in Orlando in spring 2016.
“Building on our involvement in 50 of the world’s most popular theme park attractions, we’re evolving, ” reports Guy Nelson, Dynamic Attractions President and Empire Industries CEO. “We now offer the Unlimited Attractions service which we have brought to Orlando, the epi-centre of the attractions industry and a location synonymous with extraordinary, fun entertainment.”
The Centre, a 32, 000 square foot facility, will feature an ‘experience’ studio with fully operational rides. It will also provide an ‘Imagination Think Tank’ where the company’s attractions designers and theme design partners can concentrate on the next generation of media-based, interactive attractions.
Dynamic Attractions is confident that by coordinating the development of the storytelling in parallel with the design and fabrication of the ride systems, they will create ‘seamless attractions and better guest experiences’.
The new Attractions Development Centre will complement the company’s existing facilities in Vancouver, Toronto, Arlington (Texas), Dongguan and Shanghai.
