Gantner Ticketing, provider of software for museums, zoos, cultural heritage and visitor attractions, has announced the success of its partnership with Plopsa – Studio 100.
Gantner Ticketing is pleased to announce the results of a successful partnership with Plopsa – Studio 100, the theme park division of Studio 100. Plopsa runs a total of seven popular parks across Europe, in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Poland.
Ganter provided a total solution, enabling Plopsa theme parks to enhance their business operations and to simplify the customer journey, therefore providing a better and more streamlined experience for visitors.
ReCreateX
ReCreateX is Gantner’s state-of-the-art software application. This solution enables businesses like the Plopsa Group to process high volumes of ticket sales, memberships and event bookings. It is flexible and includes bespoke modules like a quality CRM function. It also features a simple to operate POS front-end, meaning that operators can easily process ticket sales, retail, food and beverages and bookings.
“For today’s consumers, fast services are of vital importance,” says Steve Van den Kerkhof, CEO of the Plopsa Group. “They like to buy their tickets online or make the purchase themselves onsite, without having to queue during peak hours.”
“For us, it is extremely important that ticket purchases run very smoothly, certainly online,” says Sebastien Momerency, Marketing and Creative Director, Plopsa Group. “Customers should be easily directed from a Facebook ad to our webshop so that they can finalise their purchase within just a few minutes. The new system has made things a lot clearer.”
Gantner has been working with Plopsa Group since 2018 when it first began rolling out its flagship ReCreateX POS systems to Plopsa theme parks.
Earlier this year the Coventry Transport Museum, the world’s largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles, also turned to Ganter to streamline its new ticketing process. This much-loved UK museum tells the story of Coventry and how it changed the world through transport.
