Gateway Ticketing Systems announces strategic partnership with NetServ Applications

Global ticketing and CRM solutions provider, Gateway Ticketing Systems® has entered into a strategic partnership with Atlanta-based software product engineering services company, NetServ Applications.

The new deal expands Gateway’s offering to include enhanced reporting capabilities and a powerful Business Intelligence (BI) portal.

The BI portal dovetails seamlessly with the Galaxy Reporting Plus solution.

All transactional data from an attraction’s Galaxy® point-of-sale, membership and admission control software flows into the Reporting Plus solution. From there, customers can access and extract reports and data in a wide range of formats. They can also automate report delivery and easily develop custom reports.

The NetServ BI portal is a preconfigured reporting portal running off the Reporting Plus data mart. Promising a user-friendly experience, the portal offers customers a larger library of available reports, custom dashboards and mobile reporting. Further benefits include secure administrative control, the ability to include data from other applications and custom report creation.

Providing actionable data to drive attendance and improve efficiency
