Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Annual User Group Meeting is to be held from August 13 to August 16 at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum, New York City.
Gateway Customer Service Manager and UGM organizer Cheryl Hillen says, “We’re very excited to have The National September 11 Memorial & Museum host this year’s meeting. They’re a valuable customer and a pleasure to support.”
The annual User Group Meeting provides Gateway customers with the opportunity to learn how to make the most of their Galaxy investment to optimise operational efficiency and increase revenue generation.
The meeting includes customer and employee presentations, training sessions, panel and round table discussions on topics covering the breadth of operations including IT, Marketing, Finance and Group Sales. These facility departments which are integrated through Gateway’s products are also brought together at the User Group Meeting.
Customers benefit from learning about the new enhancements to Gateway’s suite of products as well as best practice across the industries represented.
