Twizzlers Twisted Gravity is the world’s tallest Screamin’ Swing

Hersheypark in Pennsylvania has announced the new Twizzlers Twisted Gravity pendulum attraction for summer 2025.

When it opens, Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will be the world’s tallest Screamin’ Swing by amusement ride and coaster company S&S Worldwide.

During the thrilling experience, riders ascend 137 feet, reach speeds of up to 68 miles per hour, and enjoy multiple zero-g moments as they swing above Hersheypark.

“We continue to invest in attraction experiences that leverage unique Hershey brands, so we are thrilled to add a Twizzlers-branded Screamin’ Swing to our unmatched ride portfolio next summer,” said Vikki Hultquist, vice president of Hersheypark and entertainment operations.

She added, “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will provide our guests with the best of both worlds – the ultimate thrills and never-before-seen views of our park’s beautiful 121 acres as they soar to a record-breaking height and leave gravity behind.”

The new Twizzlers-themed ride has two gondolas with four branded zones featuring the cherry, strawberry, black liquorice and Hershey’s chocolate designs.

It will join more than 70 rides, a water park and a zoo at Hersheypark. Most recently, the park opened its new Wildcat’s Revenge hybrid coaster, which offers four inversions and the world’s largest underflip.

The wood and steel roller coaster – one of 15 coasters at Hersheypark – is the first hybrid manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction in Pennsylvania.

Elsewhere, the Hershey Company has announced a new interactive experience called Hershey Super Sweet Adventure to debut in Chicago later this year.
