Amusement Advantage Inc., expert provider of guest experience measurement services, has appointed a new Director of Business Development to spearhead its newly expanded range of services.
In his new role, Liebman will be overseeing the launch of twelve new programmes designed to understand and improve the guest experience.
“I have always been passionate about providing world class experiences, ” comments Liebman. “My focus has always been to find the most effective ways to manage the guest experience, lead more guests toward satisfaction and ultimately generate greater levels of loyalty.”
Amusement Advantage, based in Denver, has been providing mystery shopping experiences exclusively to the attractions industry for over twenty years. The company has amassed a team of 30, 000 mystery shoppers and works with around 500 attractions in North America, from family-run bowling alleys to large destination theme parks.

The company’s new services include Guest Feedback Management which helps operators make best use of feedback to create change and drive improvement. Guest Experience Management provides a deeper understanding of the guest experience ‘to turn more first-time visitors into loyal, raving fans’.
Amusement Advantage will be showcasing these new offerings, as well as their classic programmes, at Booth 4349 at the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida from November 16-20, 2015.
