R&F Properties' ocean theme park in Hainan is set to open next year.
The 133ha theme park in Lingshui Countywill be similar to a SeaWorld with a 135, 000 tonnes aquarium, a 1 km roller coaster and a 123m observation tower.
Hong Kong-listed R&F Properties are behind the project, investing15 billion yuan (US$2.17 billion), reports the Shanghai Daily.
