Leading creator of multi-sensory curated experiences, ICONPATH, is presenting a sneak preview of brand new immersive product, PALATE, at the Asian Attractions Expo in Singapore.
PALATE brings a new dimension to dining by heightening and enhancing guests’ sense of taste.
Any restaurant, bar or cellar door is immediately transformed into a dynamic canvas, immersing diners in the venue’s own story. Ingredients and flavours are brought to life, intensifying the whole dining experience.
“PALATE enables guests to experience taste in entirely new ways by stimulating more than just their taste buds,” says Michael Reid, Founder & Director of ICONPATH Curated Experiences.
“Each installation will tell a different story – visualising flavours with beautiful projected content that flows around the table and throughout the room, enveloping guests in a custom environment and soundscape that transports them to another world and providing unique tactile moments. The food or wine always remains the star while PALATE helps open guests’ imaginations to new sensations.”
According to ICONPATH, PALATE has been in development for over 4 years. A pop-up version, which premiered in the form of an exclusive VIP dinner, was an instant hit during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia in 2015.
“The feedback we received during our trials was overwhelming,” adds Reid. “It encouraged us to look for new ways to push the experience further by creating a format that could be presented for more than just a single night.”
The flexible turnkey solution can be customised and scaled to suit the venue and the number of guests.
