PGAV Destinations promotes John Wieser to studio leader

News
PGAV John Wieser studio leader

Wieser will focus on mentorship to enhance studio culture and promote a collaborative culture

PGAV, a global leader in the planning and design of unique destinations, has announced that it has promoted John Wieser to studio leader in the St. Louis office.

This leadership position, which was established two years ago under PGAV Destinations’ multi-studio strategy, aims to enhance studio culture and promote cross-team collaboration.

Wieser joins Charlie Lutz in St. Louis and Gary Rogowski in Orlando in fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment. In this new position, he will prioritise mentorship and enable team members to grow while strengthening PGAV’s position as an industry leader.

Mike Konzen, CEO of PGAV Destinations, says: “John has been a driving force in the studio, elevating everyone around him. His dedication to mentorship and team growth helps shape PGAV into an industry leader. As studio leader, John will continue to inspire and guide his teammates. I look forward to watching the impact he has moving forward.”

Commitment to collaboration

Wieser has been at PGAV since 2014. Throughout this time has offered mentoring which has enhanced individual development. His passion for promoting a collaborative culture makes him an ideal fit for the studio leader position.

“I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had to grow at PGAV – many of which I enjoy because of mentors who have guided me and advocated for me over the years,” says Wieser.

“Mentorship has played a generous role in my personal and professional growth this past decade, and I am passionate about paying that forward.  Our firm is stronger by virtue of developing our people—challenging them to grow in confidence and skill, envision accomplishments, and forge personalized paths to achieve success.”

Last month, PGAV announced the expansion of its ownership team, effective as of 14 January. Steve Cramer, Chris Davis, Ashley Edelbrock, Emily Howard, John Kasman, Diane Lochner, and Tom Marschner have joined Mike Konzen and Mike Schaadt, who have been leading the company since 2010.
