Super 78 Studios , the new media production studio that develops and produces world class branded entertainment and educational experiences for leading museums, theme parks and attractions operators across the world has announced it is producing an animated feature film which will be released both in the U.S. and China in late 2013.
Partnering with Super 78 Studios is one of China’s most successful theme parks, China Dinosaur Land. The film will be co-produced alongside Super 78 Studios which will develop the concept for an experiential attraction to be built in the park itself.

Located in Changzhou, the theme park has over 30 attractions including a Brontosaurus Roller Coaster and the Whirling Dinosaur Carriage, together with a collection of dinosaur bones and fossils from across China. 2012 will see a new 4th dimension roller coaster from S & S Worldwide, “Dinoconda”. The Dinosaur themed attraction is also a leading producer of television animation, including “Dinosaur Boy, ” a top-rated animation program on CCTV.
Aimed at the family market, Mido Dino is an animated movie set in a fantastic world populated by both dinosaurs and humans. Horus Tsai, creative producer of Changzhou Dinosaur Land said, “Working with Super 78 we’re confident we can establish Mido Dino as a well-known, international brand”.
Furthermore, Tsai added that to build on the success of the movie and theme park attraction, his company is also planning to further develop the Mido Dino brand with the production of a television series. Other avenues will also be explored, including live entertainment, branded merchandise and mobile phone games and apps. Mido Dino interactive games and children’s book are on the cards too.
