Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leader in admission control solutions and more, is exhibiting at two key trade events this month: EAS in Amsterdam and the AZA Annual Conference in Seattle.
Commenting on EAS, Steve Bell, one of Gateway’s Business Solutions Architects, says: “We always enjoy meeting potential new customers and visiting with existing ones. The show provides an excellent opportunity to discuss with both groups how our Galaxy software suite and expert services can increase visitor satisfaction, drive revenue and elevate their ticketing and admission processes.”
Visitors to both shows will be able to discover the company’s full range of operations solutions that go beyond ticketing, season pass, admission control, food and beverage, and retail capabilities.
These include:
Reporting Plus – Gives attractions access to all transactional data from Galaxy point-of-sale, membership and admission control software. Clients can choose from a suite of standard reports or generate their own custom reports and dahsboards.
CRM Plus – Integrates seamlessly with Galaxy point-of-sale software. CRM Plus enables attractions to better understand their customers’ purchasing behaviours and deliver a better experience.

Galaxy Connect – is Gateway’s cloud-based platform that integrates attractions and online travel agencies to easily and securely sell live tickets. This eliminates the need for vouchers. Attendees at both events will learn how the Galaxy Connect community has quickly expanded, adding some of the world’s largest online travel agencies to the platform.
“We are excited for the opportunity to see familiar faces and showcase our newest features around CRM, reporting and online queuing offerings,” adds Jamie Flaherty, Manager of Business Solutions, “but, also have the opportunity to meet with other attractions to help understand what hurdles they are facing and discuss how we can help resolve those while also driving revenue.”
