The future-proof system can support both current and forthcoming ticketing needs

Gantner Ticketing, a provider of software for museums, zoos, cultural heritage and visitor attractions, has announced the launch of Enviso, its new cloud-based ticketing and integrated payment solution for the leisure industry. This is the successor to its Recreatex ticketing software and is already being used by over 100 clients.

The company has drawn on its more than 35 years of experience in the industry to develop a future-proof system that can support both current and future ticketing needs, as well as providing a quality visitor experience.

A flexible solution

Speaking about the Enviso solution, the company says: “Visitors want flexibility as to how, where and when they can buy tickets. The expectations are increasingly demanding, whereas attention and patience are fading. This is why we built a solution with the best visitor experience in mind because every visit matters.

Enviso is the key for smooth and successful ticket sales & bookings, to stimulate your sales and to optimise the visitor experience.”

Enviso allows venues with an existing ticketing back office to synchronise their tickets and to integrate with third-party ticketing systems. This integration can be as simple as importing barcodes that can be validated in the ticketing system or it can be a complete bidirectional synchronisation of tickets, real-time ticket capacity and sales data.

The solution supports both day tickets and timed-entry tickets and can also allow operators to present tailored offers. The sales-oriented concept determines how each offer is divided and performs across different sales channels, both direct and indirect.

Enviso trade

Leisure and attractions businesses can also benefit from Enviso Trade, Gantner’s new reseller platform that connects venues and resellers. This is already being used by KBC Bank to sell tickets for popular attractions in Belgium, for example, Technopolis, Bobbejaanland and Plopsaland, through its KBC Mobile app which is used by 1.5 million people.

This collaboration will have a positive impact on ticket sales at these attractions, as Karin van Hoecke, General Manager for Digital Transformation at KBC Belgium, explains: “For the time being we keep our holidays and other leisure activities close to home by necessity. To experience the atmosphere of innovation and new technology Technopolis is a very nice destination.

“We are pleased that from today we can also add this ticket service to the leisure offer in KBC Mobile so that our customers can get to know this inspiring activity centre very easily, very safely, corona-proof and without queuing.”

Last year, Gantner Ticketing was chosen to provide the ticketing, booking, shop and entrance system for Cap Sciences in Bordeaux, France.
