n-gage.io set to sponsor AZA Mid-Year Meeting in Palm Springs, California

News

n-gage.io, a specialist in creating attractions management software for the visitor attractions and hospitality industries, has announced that it will be attending and sponsoring the AZA Mid-Year Conference on 24-29 March in Palm Springs, California.

The AZA Mid-Year Meeting is a keenly anticipated event in the US calendar for zoos and aquariums. The 2025 event also includes a Zoo Day, hosted by existing n-gage.io clients, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.

With over a thousand delegates representing Zoos and Aquariums from across North America, n-gage.io will attend the event as both an exhibitor and a sponsor, and is set to present its powerful attraction management software and highly adaptable mobile app for guests at wildlife parks, safari parks, aquariums, and zoos.

The business is excited to present the software to the North American market again, following a successful attendance at the AZA Annual Conference in Calgary, Canada last year, and demonstrate its numerous features designed specifically for the wildlife sector.

n-gage.io is also partnering with the Zoo Day host, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert, to transform the contents of their existing app for participating delegates, encouraging all to download it as part of their Zoo Day experience on the 27 March.

Comprehensive platform & highly customisable app

The n-gage.io guest mobile app solutions continue to develop a strong reputation as an industry game changer. This acclaim reflects the software’s day-to-day management of the highly customisable mobile guest app, and its ability to enhance the guest experience, gain valuable insights and drive revenue growth.

It also stands out for its diverse range of features created to meet the unique requirements of the zoo and wildlife sector. Modules such as species adoption management, interactive trail building, quiz learning, gamification, and fundraising, promote guest engagement and revenue growth while emphasising conservation education.

The back-office operator system provides real-time insights into app usage and market-leading insights. This helps clients plan zoo operations and market personalised experiences based on visitor behaviour.

Bryan Hoare, founder and CEO of n-gage.io, says: “We’re delighted to be showcasing our innovative software and mobile app for zoos, wildlife parks and Aquariums at the AZA Mid-Year Meeting in Palm Springs, and looking forward to joining our existing clients, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, to support their Zoo Day as part of the conference.

“We’re continuing to develop the software with the specific needs of the sector in mind and are looking forward to meeting the Zoo and Aquarium community from across North America.”

Unique features for the North American market

n-gage.io is a sponsor of the AZA Mid-Year Meeting, being held in the Palm Springs Convention Centre, and is exhibiting at booth #23. The team will provide regular demonstrations of the operator platform software and highly customisable guest mobile app.

“We’re looking forward to speaking with as many US-based zoos and aquariums as possible during the conference and on Zoo Day, to help us to continue to innovate in the US market whilst introducing the software and app to potential new customers,” says Hoare.

“It’s a great opportunity to network with attendees and find out more about their specific needs to ensure our software and app meets market demand, as it continues to provide operations, marketing and guest management teams with the tools and insights they need to maximise performance.

“It’s important to us to experience first-hand where digital technology can make a difference to the zoo mission. We spend a lot of time talking to our existing client-base and in essence it’s them that shaping the future direction of our product.

“Our software and guest app solution isn’t just designed for the wildlife sector, as due to the highly customizable nature of both the back office and mobile app, we help all types of attractions with digital transformation, from museums and heritage sites to holiday parks and resorts.

“We adopt the same approach across all our client markets as we firmly believe in the concept of Software as a Service that doesn’t have to be a one-size-fits-all solution with limited customization.”

Earlier this month, n-gage.io announced a new contract with Tanfield Railway in County Durham, UK. The heritage railway experience is celebrating its 300th anniversary.
