Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Linen Mill Studios have announced that the Game of Thrones Studio Tour is opening on February 4, 2022 at Linen Mill Studios in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.
Tickets are now on sale for the attraction, found at an original filming location at Linen Mill Studios. The experience will take fans to Westeros where they will enjoy imagery, sets, props, costumes and more behind-the-scenes attractions.
With 110,000 square feet of space, the £24m Game of Thrones tour includes the Great Hall at Winterfell, Dragonstone’s Throne Room and Map Room, the Mess Room at Castle Black, and Cersei’s Courtyard in King’s Landing.
Experience Winterfell and Castle Black
“Knowing you are in the very same spot where some of the series’ most memorable moments were filmed is an incredible feeling and we know fans of the franchise will feel the same when they see the rich detail in the sets, costumes and props up close and personal,” said Peter van Roden, senior vice president of Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment.
The immersive attraction has an extended tour area and ticketing zone, and a pre-show experience and retail area selling Game of Thrones merchandise. It also includes a restaurant, terrace and cafe area.
“This incredible and unique experience is set to bring the making of the show to life like never before and we look forward with much excitement to welcoming fans and visitors from near and far as we throw open the studio tour doors and start a new chapter in the Game of Thrones story here in Northern Ireland,” said Andrew Webb and David Browne, executive directors at Linen Mill Studios.
Behind-the-scenes GOT attractions

“After many years as a closed and ‘off limits’ film studio, it is now time for fans from across the world to step inside the Seven Kingdoms and make their own personal journey through the world of Westeros at Linen Mill Studios.”
Warner Bros Studio Tour Tokyo is set to open on the grounds of Toshimaen amusement park in 2023. It will be the second attraction of its kind in the world, after Warner Bros Studio Tour London.
