Greenspan Projects Ltd., a creative design and build specialist, has been appointed to work on a major project which will create one of the largest premier integrated destination resorts in the Mediterranean region.
City of Dreams Mediterranean will be Europe’s first integrated resort created for Melco Resorts & Entertainment, anchored by a fourteen-storey luxury hotel with 500 guest rooms and suites.
It will also feature over 8,000 square meters of MICE space, an outdoor amphitheatre, a family adventure park, and a variety of premium dining outlets and luxury retail.
The facility is expected to become one of the biggest of its kind in the world, and Greenspan Projects said it is thrilled to work with Melco Resorts & Entertainment on this historic project by constructing its biggest adventure attraction to date.
An exciting prospect
Greenspan will support the company’s goal to improve Cyprus’s tourism offering which aims to bring in thousands of new tourists each year and will aid the destination to buck seasonality tendencies, establishing the island as an all-year-round travel hotspot.

The Company is already running four satellite casinos (collectively referred to as “Cyprus Casinos”) in Nicosia, Larnaca, Ayia Napa, and Paphos in addition to a temporary casino in Limassol, the first authorized casino in the Republic of Cyprus.
The Company will continue to run the satellite casinos after City of Dreams Mediterranean opens, but it will stop operating the temporary casino.
