An official Mean Girls experience is heading to Los Angeles and New York following Paramount Pictures’ US release of the new Mean Girls film on 12 January.
The fetch pop-up restaurant concept from Bucket Listers, a media experience brand, comes after the success of the Malibu Barbie Cafe and Golden Girls Kitchen experiences.
“There was nothing more grool than the chance to bring the world of Mean Girls to life,” said Bucket Listers’ president of experiences, Derek Berry.
Interactive attraction with F&B
“It’s truly one of those movies that has stood the test of time and cult fandom. With the new film quickly approaching, there was no better time to honor this beloved classic and bring The Plastics’ world to life. Every day here will be October 3rd.”
Guests will experience North Shore High like never before when the Mean Girls Experience debuts in LA on 23 February and New York later this year.
Described as a fast-casual restaurant, visitors will enjoy dishes created by Master Chef semi-finalist Becky Brown, including the ‘Burn Book Burger Sliders’ and the ‘Stab Caesar Salad’.
Desserts on offer will include the ‘Rainbow + Smiles Cake’, ‘Is Butter a Carb Cookies’, and the ‘Fetch Strudel’.
Of course, there will be recreations of the film’s most iconic scenes. Additionally, the venue includes the ‘Cool Mom Bar’, a museum of set pieces and outfits, and exclusive merchandise.
Bucket Listers’ Malibu Barbie Cafe is a pop-up restaurant inspired by the doll. As well as F&B, the venue offers exclusive merchandise and interactive activities.
