The virtual museum dedicated to the horror video game series is home to exhibits on Resident Evil 1-3 and Zero.

Capcom has launched a virtual Resident Evil museum on the franchise’s official online portal, where fans can explore the history of the Japanese video game and view never-before-seen artwork.

The virtual museum dedicated to Resident Evil, a horror video game series, is home to exhibits on Resident Evil (1996), Resident Evil 2 (1998), Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) and Resident Evil Zero (2002).

New artwork includes character models and concept art, GameRant reports. Each exhibit focuses on a specific game, with information about its release date, story, characters and creatures (via IGN).

The Twitter post that links to the virtual museum features a famous scene from the first Resident Evil game as a teaser, the face of a zombie looking over its shoulder towards the player.

It’s thought the virtual museum will expand to include exhibits on some of the franchise’s other 24 video games, as well as exhibits for movies such as Resident Evil (2002) and Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City (2021).

The website already features a teaser that says the next update will arrive on February 22.

Meanwhile, Little Lion Entertainment has partnered with video game developer Crystal Dynamics and entertainment company Square Enix to launch an immersive Tomb Raider experience in London this year.

“Not only will people be whisked into a fantasy narrative on this journey, but they will find surprises, adventure and wonderment around every trap-laden corner,” said Tom Lionetti-Maguire, CEO and founder of Little Lion Entertainment.

“Lara is an icon who transcends generations – so we know that fans of all ages will run, jump, and swing at this chance to save the world alongside their hero, Lara Croft,” said Dallas DickinsonTomb Raider executive producer at Crystal Dynamics.
