Tomb Raider: The Live Experience will be located in Camden’s Stables Market when it launches on April 1, 2022.

Little Lion Entertainment has teamed up with video game developer Crystal Dynamics and entertainment company Square Enix to launch an immersive Tomb Raider experience in London next year.

Inspired by the video game series and film franchise, Tomb Raider: The Live Experience will be located in Camden’s Stables Market when it opens on April 1, 2022.

Tom Lionetti-Maguire, CEO and founder of Little Lion Entertainment, the developers of The Crystal Maze Live Experience in London and Manchester, said: “This experience is a game-changer for live experiences.”

“Not only will people be whisked into a fantasy narrative on this journey, but they will find surprises, adventure and wonderment around every trap-laden corner,” Lionetti added.

“‘Unique’ doesn’t even begin to describe how much this legendary explorer’s experience is going to take people’s breath away. We make our guests the stars of the action, and what a wild time they are in for here.”

During the immersive experience, guests will join Lara Croft as she attempts to locate an artefact and save the world. They will escape a sinking ship, explore the jungles of Costa Rica, discover an ancient tomb and take on environmental puzzles.

“Lara is an icon who transcends generations – so we know that fans of all ages will run, jump, and swing at this chance to save the world alongside their hero, Lara Croft,” said Dallas Dickinson, Tomb Raider executive producer at Crystal Dynamics.

Elsewhere, a Batman-themed escape room attraction is set to open in a secret location in Paris in 2022. The Game of Thrones Studio Tour is also launching next year at Linen Mill Studios in Northern Ireland.
