Exceptional experiences for the cruise industry

Palomba will work closely with the team at RWS Global to extend its design models and entertainment offerings into its sea division. He will seek to improve the visitor experience and identify prospects for long-term growth as a member of the advisory board.

“I couldn’t be happier to join the team at RWS Global and be a part of revolutionizing the entertainment experience in the cruise industry,” comments Palomba. “I am confident that together, we can significantly impact and create unforgettable experiences for cruise-goers.”

Palomba joins RWS Global with over 25 years of leadership experience at MSC, Costa Cruises, and Carnival Cruise Line. During his previous roles, he developed problem-solving and operational skills to boost sales, oversaw 360-degree rebranding campaigns, and successfully relaunched whole fleets after the pandemic. Palomba has plans to make even bigger waves in the future, demonstrating his strong commitment to promoting positive change.
