Blue Telescope Madeleine DenBleyker

Blue Telescope, a media and design studio creating interactive and narrative experiences, has announced the appointment of Madeleine DenBleyker as director of strategic growth.

With experience in fine art, the luxury sector, museums, and themed attractions, DenBleyker brings extensive knowledge of how brands and cultural organisations can develop meaningful connections with audiences. This approach supports Blue Telescope’s mission to create extraordinary immersive experiences that resonate on a human level.

DenBleyker says: “My work has always been about bringing a client’s ideas to life through experiences with a big ‘E.’ Blue Telescope’s reputation as forward-thinking creatives gives me the opportunity to work with exciting clients who are taking big swings at really interesting brand and business challenges.”

‘Bold, creative work’

In her former roles at interactive agencies, DenBleyker worked across narrative and strategy, assisting brands in identifying potential for elevated engagement through media-driven experiences.

Trent Oliver, Blue Telescope’s principal and managing director, says: “Madeleine’s industry experience means she understands the value of what we do. And with her background in art and luxury, she can meaningfully communicate that to a range of clients interested in bold, creative work.”

DenBleyker shares the company’s commitment to collaboration, working to bring clients’ missions and messaging to life and strengthen their connection to their communities.

“Blue Telescope understands how to use technology and design to creatively advance clients’ ideas,” she says. “I’m excited to get their capabilities in front of a wider audience and see the amazing work that great minds can generate together.”

“This is a fantastic opportunity for Blue Telescope, our clients, and the industry to grow together,” says Oliver.

Blue Telescope’s executive creative director, Judith Zissman, recently led the Innovation in Exhibits panel at the blooloop Festival of Innovation. This session explored how to create exhibits that connect to place and engage diverse audiences, emerging trends within museum exhibits and insights into the future of the sector.
