Species360 Conservation Science Alliance Research Symposium
The Species360 Conservation Science Alliance Research Symposium returns for its third edition on 29 July 2026 (4pm CET / 9am CDT). This free, two-hour online webinar brings together researchers, conservation practitioners and wildlife professionals from the global zoo, aquarium and conservation community to share the latest science driven by shared animal data.
This year's symposium, attendees will hear directly from researchers using aggregated and anonymised ZIMS data to generate insights into animal health, demographics, and conservation.
Species360
Species360 is an international non-profit and global leader in wildlife data management, uniting more than 1,400 zoos, aquariums, universities, research institutions and government bodies across 100+ countries and six continents. At the core of its work is the Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS), the world's most comprehensive database of information on more than 22,000 species, curated by the global wildlife community and used to advance animal welfare, conservation science and biodiversity management.
