QLINE Consulting, a specialist consultancy in ticketing, tourism and technology, has announced the relaunch of Ticketing Ready, a free platform that helps UK visitor attractions find ticketing systems.

The platform was developed in collaboration with b2me Tourism Marketing, a marketing and business development service provider for tourism and hospitality businesses across the UK, and supports museums, heritage sites, zoos, and other attractions in identifying their ticketing requirements before contacting suppliers.

This update brings major enhancements for both attractions and suppliers, including direct brief sharing, self-service vendor management, and streamlined attraction onboarding.

Carly Straughan, director at QLINE Consulting, says: "Attractions are expected to compare hundreds of suppliers, understand technical terminology, and know exactly what they need, often without any prior experience.

"We built Ticketing Ready because that process shouldn't be as difficult as it currently is."

Supporting attractions and suppliers

Ticketing Ready helps attractions to work out what they need from their ticketing system in straightforward terms, without needing technical knowledge.

Users can create a professional vendor brief that communicates their requirements, control who sees their information and when, share the brief directly with specific suppliers, and compare systems without sales pressure.

Ticketing suppliers benefit from introductions to attractions that have already defined their needs. Discovery time is reduced as detailed context is available before the first conversation, and leads are qualified with clear intent signals.

Suppliers can also highlight their capabilities through self-managed profiles.

"We're not trying to replace consultancy or step away from supporting attractions with extremely complex ticketing needs," says Straughan.

"What we do is help attractions become better informed buyers and give them a structured way to approach what can feel like an overwhelming decision-making process."

Attractions can use Ticketing Ready for free, and ticketing suppliers can access the platform through annual partnerships.

Current partners include Accesso, Anchor, Expian, Fusemetrix, Gateway Ticketing, Retail Integration, and Visisoft.

Last month, QLINE Consulting invited supplier tender responses for a new ticketing system for The National Memorial Arboretum (NMA), the UK’s year-round centre of remembrance in Alrewas, Staffordshire.
