State of Play Hospitality, the operator behind social entertainment concepts Flight Club, Hijingo and AceBounce, is expanding its executive leadership team to drive the next phase of US growth.
Meg Parker has been appointed as the company's chief marketing officer, while Sergey Zinger has taken on the role of chief financial officer.

An experienced executive, Parker previously served as Area15's chief marketing and communications officer.
Flight Club's US expansion
In her new role at State of Play Hospitality, she will oversee brand positioning, creative marketing, digital performance, and the customer journey.
Zinger, a finance leader with more than 15 years' executive experience, joined State of Play Hospitality in early 2025 as its chief financial officer.
He leads the company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, and risk management functions.
State of Play Hospitality is a leading operator of tech-enabled social entertainment concepts, including Flight Club, AceBounce and Hijingo.
It is the exclusive operating partner for Flight Club in North America. In partnership with Red Engine, Flight Club's brand owner, State of Play launched the first US Flight Club in Chicago in 2018.
Since then, State of Play has taken the concept to Boston, Houston, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Denver, DC, St. Louis, and Philadelphia, with multiple new locations planned.
