Attractions industry ticketing and technology provider Semnox Solutions has appointed Brian Duke as senior client partner for the Americas.
The US-based amusement industry veteran (pictured) brings with him over 35 years’ experience, working with major names such as Universal, Nintendo & Capcom.
For the past eight years, he was active in the debit card system sector with Sacoa Playcard, helping to establish the company’s US sales operation, support and marketing strategy. In addition, Duke has offered consulting to many start-ups.
“My time in the industry has taught me a lot about what customers need and want from a debit card system,” he says. “I have always been very impressed with what the Parafait system can do for operators, so I’m really excited about this great opportunity with Semnox.”

Semnox’s ticketing and cashless payment is operational at over 1,400 sites in more than 40 countries. In Ecuador, the company recently installed Parafait at six family entertainment centres run by the Mundijuegos group. Meanwhile in Guatemala, it supplied a system to the Carrousel FEC chain.
