Digonex, an expert in dynamic pricing solutions that provide visitor attractions with customised and automated systems to drive revenue, has appointed Tom Chiarella as chief product and technology officer.
Chiarella brings extensive experience in complex product management and leadership. As chief product and technology officer, he will lead Digonex’s technology teams including product, development, and data analysis.
Leadership & product management expertise
Chiarella has more than 10 years of progressive product management responsibilities and previously served as executive vice president and head of product at Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc. His previous experience also includes positions at Boeing and the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center.
He is president of the Board of Directors at OCTO, an advocate for the tours, activities, attractions, and experiences industry. OCTO designs and oversees technical messaging standards for technology and software used within the sector.
In 2021, Chiarella was named one of The Lehigh Valley Business Journal’s Forty Under 40.

Digonex recently exhibited at IAAPA Expo 2024 in Orlando, where it showcased its automated dynamic pricing.
Its customised pricing algorithms are developed by its team of PhD economists, software developers and data analysts. The algorithms collect data and analyse patterns to determine the right price, giving operators more time to focus on their business.
