Award-winning audio engineer and sound designer joins the team

Alongside this partnership, Audio by the Bay has also announced the addition of Dan Scott, an Emmy, Thea, and IAAPA Brass Ring Award-winning audio engineer and sound designer. Dan will oversee the East Coast operations for Audio by the Bay, contributing his vast experience and expertise to the team.

Scott’s career spans themed entertainment, immersive theatre, television, and video games. Notable projects include Epcot’s Luminous: The Symphony of Us, Disney’s Broadway Hits at The Royal Albert Hall for BBC and Disney+, Phish New Year’s Eve at Madison Square Garden, and SportsCenter Features for ESPN.

His addition highlights Audio by the Bay’s commitment to excellence and innovation in audio, and his award-winning experience makes him a valuable addition to the team, where his leadership will drive the East Coast brand’s success.

Forward Thinking Designs was founded in 2015 by Melanie Hall and Evan Hall in Orlando, Florida. It has grown into a diverse team with 40 employees, including engineers and developers who deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide.
