Gateway Ticketing Systems, the world leader in admission control and ticketing software for the attraction, amusement and transportation industries, has appointed Tricia Szurgot as Marketing Manager.
Tricia has joined the Company to develop, deepen and manage the Company’s image as the ticketing and access control expert for the Amusement and Attractions industries. She comes to Gateway with a wealth of marketing experience, including more than 20 years of strategic planning, marketing, business development and relationship management experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Tricia’s past experience in marketing strategy and operations include market research, communications, public relations and internal systems and process synergies. Tricia is excited to bring her brand strategy and creative know-how to Gateway: “I’m thrilled to work with such a wonderful group of people on such a great product suite! Gateway is in a unique position as a company in that their business-to-business products are all about creating a positive business-to-consumer experience for their customers. My new position at Gateway will enable me to blend my B2B and B2C experience in a special way to showcase how influential the Galaxy™ product suite is in doing just that: improving guest experiences, as well as operational efficiency, for the Company’s customers.”
