Gateway Ticketing Systems UK has been selected to provide a timed ticketing system for KidZania London.
KidZania London, due to open at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush in early 2014, will be the first location in the UK for KidZania and the 19th worldwide. Each KidZania is an interactive child-sized city which combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role play for children aged four to fourteen
To date KidZania have welcomed more than 38 million visitors in 16 locations across five continents, and is one of the world’s fastest growing educational entertainment brands. The 75, 000 sq ft. “city” will include over 60 unique and exciting professions for kids to try out including being a Pilot, TV Presenter, Dentist, Policeman or Vet.
With 1, 700 visitors a day expected to visit KidZania London, a timed ticketing software solution from Gateway was selected to help assist visitor flow whilst complying with UK Health & Safety regulations.
