Global image capture partner for the leisure and entertainment industry, Picsolve, has partnered with Madame Tussauds London to capture unique photo moments with the attraction’s latest wax figures: Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner.
As part of Tussaud’s new fashion experience, guests first take a peak backstage at an international fashion event where Kendall Jenner’s wax figure sits in front of a mirror, behind which is a hidden camera. Picsolve has created a unique “selfie” allowing guests to pose with Kendall and feel completely immersed in the fashion show.
Guests then walk down a runway, through the flashing lights of paparazzi cameras to pose alongside Cara Delevingne. Special infrared sensor technology is used to take pictures of guests as they show off their signature walk.
Prints and digital copies of the photos can be purchased at the retail point, or guests can download the Picsolve app for an immediate digital copy.
“Our latest installation at Madame Tussauds London is the perfect example of how Picsolve’s technology is transforming typically ‘out-of-reach’ experiences into a reality for our partners and our guests, ” said Baz Slatter, Global Business Development Director, Picsolve.
Picsolve has a long-standing partnership with Madame Tussauds London, bringing its innovative photo technology to five of the wax figure sets, including One Direction, President Obama, the Royal Family, Kim Kardashian and Star Wars experience.
Lee Heighington, Head of Commercial Operations at Madame Tussauds London, added: “Working with Picsolve to bring these photo opportunities to fruition by integrating its world-class technology, has enabled us to be creative and ensure that the Fashion Week experience is as life-like as possible. These are not just photo opportunities, but exciting moments for our guests.”
