Semnox, a leader in providing cashless and ticketing solutions for the Family Entertainment, Theme Park and Amusement Industry has integrated a digital waiver into its Point of Sale System.
The waiver form is a touch screen based tablet with stylus to capture the digital signature of the customer. There is also the option to confirm the customer’s consent to receive digital marketing material.
The content on the waiver screen is configurable and with multilingual options.
Once the customer has signed the waiver using the stylus, the signature is captured and the electronic waiver file is stored in the Parafait System against that specific transaction for future reference.
The waiver display is easy to setup with a USB interface and the touch screen plus stylus configuration is easy for the customer to quickly read through the content and sign.
“With waivers becoming very critical for business, this process ensures that the waiver is signed before the transaction is saved against that customer’s file, ” said, Kiran Karanki, Director, Semnox Solutions. “This easy way of having the customer sign the waiver form saves time for the customer and the staff. Our system stores this electronic waiver on file making it easy for the staff to retrieve a waiver when needed.”
