News
Rak Festival 2025

The company was chosen as the exclusive ticketing partner for the event in the UAE

Vivaticket, a ticketing and access control solution provider, recently launched in the UAE, expanding its presence beyond its successful platforms in Italy, France and Spain. As part of this milestone, the company is the exclusive ticketing partner for the Ras Al Khaimah Art 2025 Festival, ensuring seamless access for art enthusiasts and visitors.

The 13th Ras Al Khaimah Art Festival is running from 31 January to 28 February 2025. This free event transforms Al Jazeera Al Hamra Heritage Village into a creative hub with exhibitions, live performances, and interactive experiences, themed around this year’s topic of Memory.

Streamlining visitor access

“We are excited to announce our role as the official ticketing partner for this year’s Ras Al Khaimah Art Festival,” says Davide Camaiora, managing director of Vivaticket Middle East.

“The first two weeks have been a remarkable success, with over 20,000 tickets scanned so far, highlighting the event’s popularity and appeal. We are really proud to work alongside the Al Qasimi Foundation team, whose professionalism and artistic vision are truly inspiring.

“As we celebrate our 25th anniversary and our 13th year in the UAE, this partnership provides us with a unique opportunity to showcase our international expertise and to support a remarkable event at a stunning venue. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for us, especially considering that we launched our Vivaticket.com portal in the UAE a few months ago.”

The Festival’s highlights include the immersive Garden of Self-Reflected Memory, thoughtfully curated global exhibitions, and the vibrant Barasti Market, showcasing local vendors and delectable food within a dynamic cultural hub. Various programming is crafted to engage visitors in art, culture, and meaningful interactions.

From 14 – 16 February, there is a family and pet-friendly weekend, while 21 – 23 February is a cultural weekend, inviting visitors to explore traditional Emirati culture and storytelling. The main entry to the festival is free; however, specific experiences like workshops and food tours have a minimum fee and necessitate reservations.

Aaesha Al Ahmed, director of arts and culture at the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, says:

“We are delighted to partner with Vivaticket to elevate the Ras Al Khaimah Art Festival as a premier platform for creativity, art, and cultural exchange. Their advanced ticketing solutions have not only streamlined visitor access but have also allowed us to welcome a broader audience while efficiently tracking footfall and engagement.

“This collaboration enhances the overall Festival experience, ensuring a seamless and enriching journey for all attendees while supporting our continued growth and success.”

Last year, Vivaticket acquired Tecteltic On-line SL, a Spanish ticketing operator with an innovative cashless payment solution. Tecteltic, founded in 2013, owns the two brands Entradas a tu Alcance and Safety Global.
