Australia’s largest theme park operator, Village Roadshow is partnering with accesso to bring its technology to its primary properties on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
The deal, announced at IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, marks a holistic integration of the accesso queuing, ticketing and guest experience management solutions. accesso will bring its technology to Warner Bros. Movie World (pictured above), Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast and Sea World (Australia).
The company already redefines the guest experience and drives revenue growth for more than 1,000 clients around the globe. This will be the first time, however, that the accesso Passport, accesso LoQueue and The Experience Engine technologies have been integrated together across three properties.
Village Roadshow Theme Parks will be able to engage with guests and gather critical data each step of the way – from the moment they decide to purchase a ticket, through to their time on-site and once they’ve returned home. In addition to ticketing, the system’s eCommerce aspect will provide purchasing capability for meals and retail.
This announcement marks the latest development in accesso’s relationship with Village Roadshow. Earlier this year, the operator implemented the accesso Passport product suite at several of its other Australian sites.
