Guest experience solutions expert, Amusement Advantage, has partnered the Florida Attractions Association to measure standards and compliance at more than 120 attractions throughout the state of Florida.
The initiative will focus on Hospitality, Cleanliness and Truth in Advertising.
Mystery shoppers will visit each attraction annually to measure these key principles and the findings will be presented at the association’s annual conference each June.

According to Bill Lupfer, President of Florida Attractions Association, the intention is to elevate Florida’s world-class attractions to ever-higher industry standards of practice.

The state's diverse tourist attractions including theme & amusement parks, water parks, zoos, museums, aquariums, family entertainment centers, boat tours, dinner shows, gardens & more.
