This is the first time that Electrosonic’s Control Room and Service and Maintenance teams will exhibit together and they will be offering attendees a free control room audio visual check.

Paul Brooks, Electrosonic’s Sales Manager of the Control Rooms business for EMEA, said, “We are very excited about attending the Counter Terror Expo and demonstrating our range of mission critical technology solutions.  Whether you are looking to install a new control room or are looking for technology to help future proof your existing facility, our security cleared team will be on hand to offer expert advice.”

Electrosonic provides a complete set of audio-visual services for secure and mission critical control room environments.  The Control Rooms team specialises in secure video conferencing, control systems programming and distribution of video and data between multiple sites, users and displays, using IP networks. Time sensitive operations rely on receiving information in a timely manner. Electrosonic’s technology solutions will ensure users receive scalable, instant ‘real-time’ information in just one click.

In addition Electrosonic’s security cleared teams can provide a range of services including technical design, systems integration and 24x7x365 service and maintenance.  Their guaranteed, fast response service minimises downtime to ensure that control room environments work around the clock, 365 days a year.  Other services include 24×7 on-site and on-call support, preventative maintenance visits to help increase the life of equipment and a Projector Lamp Replacement Programme.

The Counter Terror Expo brings together attendees from the military, government, law enforcement, the private sector, emergency services and security services worldwide.  Electrosonic will be offering attendees a free, two hour ‘Audio-Visual Service Health Check’ or an ‘Emergency Response Call Out’ for their UK control room.   Those taking up the offer will be automatically entered into a competition to win a new Apple iPad mini.

  • The ‘Service Health Check’ checks functionality, filter clean, cabling, electrical safety, colour balance and collection of lamp hour usage to give an assessment of the audio-visual system’s performance.
  • The ‘Emergency Response Call Out’ involves one of Electrosonic’s highly experienced, security cleared service engineers attending the site to review and if possible rectify any faulty room or audio-visual systems within the time allowed.  The client will also receive a report with recommendations for any further action.

Full details about this offer will be provided at the Electrosonic booth – stand G70.
