Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products (FCP) has boosted its Global Live and Location Based Entertainment Department with two key staff appointments.
Greg Lombardo has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Eric Williams joins the company as Vice President, Design and Development.
Lombardo has 25 years’ experience in the entertainment industry. Before joining Fox, he was Creative Director at BRC Imagination Arts where he was responsible for a variety of branded entertainment projects for clients such as Bacardi, Abbey Road Studios, Guinness and GE.
Jeffrey Godsick, President of Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products, said that Lombardo had “the experience and the industry expertise needed to execute our growing vision and amplify Fox brands worldwide.”
He added: “In just three years, Fox has positioned itself as a prominent player in the location based entertainment business. Under Greg’s leadership we have our first Twentieth Century Fox World theme park under construction in Malaysia, as well as several new live shows, 4D shows and touring exhibitions.”
Williams has been tasked with the creative management of all projects, inclusive of show and guest experience elements. His experience encompasses a range of award-winning projects for state-of-the-art theme parks, immersive attractions and museum exhibits including the Spider-Man attraction at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure.
“Eric has a tremendous amount of theme park experience and in depth design knowledge having worked on some of the industry’s premier projects, ” commented Lombardo. “With Eric’s creative vision and approach, we know that he will ensure the highest level of guest experience in everything we create.”
