Company to open additional factory and new warehouse

MK Themed Attractions, the Danish theming expert, is increasing its capacity with new facility investments.

The company has made a number of announcements that will enable growth and development in the coming years, including production and administrative buildings having their capacity increased in the Philippines.

MK Themed Attractions recently completed its second factory, 6,000 m2 in size, creating a total of 15,000 m2 of factory space. The two sites in the Philippines will service the company’s clients worldwide alongside an increase in administrative positions to support business activity.

The manufacturer currently has a production manpower of over 500 people, which it aims to double by the end of 2022 with the new factory facility. MK Themed Attractions has also planned a new warehouse for finalised statues and products scheduled to open at the end of next year.

Ever-increasing demands

René Hansen, CEO of MK Themed Attractions, and Mathias Fenger, CEO of MK Themed Attractions PH Inc. said:

“MK Themed Attractions is on a positive upward spiral and we are receiving new, bigger orders each day. In order to keep up with the demand in the market, we are gladly making the necessary investments, empowering ourselves and our subsidiaries to reach more customers, and meet their ever-increasing demands for seasonal and themed fibreglass and light statues.

“We are proud to make this announcement, and hopefully it will send a signal to everyone that MK Themed Attractions is in it to win it, and in it for the long run.”

Earlier this year, MK Themed Attractions delivered an array of themed props to Paultons Park in the UK for their new American midwest-themed park expansion, Tornado Springs. The expansion opened to the public earlier this year and the park’s owner and Managing Director, Richard Mancey, spoke to blooloop about what visitors can expect.
