Company will showcase its safety, maintenance and operations system at the event in Birmingham, UK

Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, has announced that it will be heading to the Family Attraction Expo at the NEC in Birmingham from 10 – 11 November 2021. The company’s solutions are active in over 20 UK attractions and two more popular venues have recently come on board, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Codona’s Amusement Park.

The team will be at booth #4263, where they will be showcasing how its CMMS is an ideal choice for attractions looking for a robust safety, maintenance and operations system. Mobaro serves over 140 parks and attractions across the globe.

Digitising and centralising processes

“What we are seeing are 2 things at once,” says David Bromilow, Global Director, Parks & Attractions at Mobaro. “UK parks are eager to digitise their processes while at the same time centralizing them.

“Thus, we have parks transforming from paper to digital for not only their ride maintenance – but on a broader park operations perspective, with Food & Beverage, Hygiene teams, Health & Safety checklists etc. And in doing so, they automatically get access to data and reporting presented in a way that shows overall trends for the attraction’s operations.”

Mobaro’s CMMS solution enables operators to access digital checklists, instant reporting, task management, automation of workflows, advanced compliance management tools, and more. This supports maintenance engineers and managers, providing an overview and transparency for the whole venue.

“Naturally, most attractions have clear divisions between their different departments,” adds Bromilow. “That way, Ride & Attraction maintenance engineers focus intensely on their field of expertise. The same goes for Food & Beverage, Retail, Facility maintenance and more.

“However, what we can see is that attractions that put efforts into centralising and combining insight from across the whole attraction organisation do in fact prosper from the resulting overview.”

Earlier this year, Mobaro worked with Pacific Park on Santa Monica Pier in California to digitise its safety, maintenance and operations procedures.
