Picsolve, the leading image capture partner for the leisure and entertainment industry, have announced that they have won an exclusive image capture contract for Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Under the agreement, Picsolve will provide a complete range of digital, video and image capture solutions, fully connected across the attractions in the theme park development. Expected to open in 2016, Phase 1 of the Dubai Parks and Resorts will comprise three theme parks: motiongate™ Dubai, Bollywood Parks™ Dubai, and LEGOLAND® Dubai as well as Riverpark (a grand entrance plaza) and Lapita (a family themed hotel).
Picsolve’s unique ‘Photo Tag’ and digital solution allows guests to ‘tag’ themselves or be ‘tagged’ across attractions using a barcode, wristband or directly from an app. Included in the comprehensive image capture provision will be photo and video on rides, in sets, with characters; unique computer aided experiences through Picsolve’s award-winning GSX technology platform; and roaming photographers will be on the ground at Riverpark. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase photos as part of an ‘all-inclusive’ package for all experiences captured throughout their visit. Photo gifts and branded photo books will be integrated at all four sites.

Picsolve is committed to expand its presence in the region and will have in excess of 300 employees by full rollout, delivering the world class guest experience around photography. The growing team of Picsolve retail professionals will be trained in a proprietary ‘Retail Academy Programme’ to ensure five star customer service.
