Puy du Fou España launched with the ‘El Sueño de Toledo’ nighttime show in September 2019. The full 30-hectare park will debut in Spain on March 27, 2021.
Puy du Fou España boasts four daytime shows, all inspired by Spanish history. The shows feature spectacular sets and impressive special effects and stunts.
Additional attractions at the park include four period villages with craftsmen, artisan boutiques and restaurants, as well as views of the Montes de Toledo.
The park’s auditorium includes the largest stage in Spain. It is home to the ‘El Sueño de Toledo’ show, which takes audiences through 1,500 years of history.
30-hectare park to debut in Spain

Daytime shows include ‘El Ultimo Cantar’ (The Last Song), ‘A Pluma y Espada’ (By Feather and Sword), ‘Cetrería de Reyes’ (Falconry of the Kings), and ‘Allende la Mar Océana’ (On the Other Side of the Ocean).
‘El Ultimo Cantar’ is set in the 11th century and follows ‘El Cid’ (Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar), while ‘A Pluma y Espada’ features Spanish playwright and poet Lope de Vega.
‘Cetrería de Reyes’ viewers will meet Count Fernán González, and ‘Allende la Mar Océana’ takes audiences on an immersive journey with Christopher Columbus in 1492.
Period villages include El Arrabal, La Puebla Real, La Venta de Isidro and El Askar Andalusí. El Arrabal is a medieval market selling Spanish food.
Global expansion of Puy du Fou

La Puebla Real is a 13th century village featuring embroiderers and potters, La Venta de Isidro offers fresh cheese and vegetables, and El Askar Andalusí is an authentic Moorish camp.
Puy du Fou España is offering inclusive packages with several local hotels in Toledo, including a boutique hotel located in a former 17th century bakery.
Puy du Fou is the second most visited theme park in France, with the top spot claimed by Disneyland Paris. Blooloop exclusively spoke to CEO Nicolas de Villiers about Puy du Fou’s global expansion plans.
Puy du Fou’s Guillaume Allaire is speaking at blooloop’s new conference on sustainability in visitor attractions, greenloop, which takes place on April 20 and April 21.
Puy du Fou España’s 2021 season runs from March 27 to November 1, 2021.
