Semnox Solutions, global specialist in ticketing and management solutions for the entertainments industry, has installed its Park Management System at Thunderworld, India.
The theme park, set in the spectacular Nilgiri hills in Ooty, is the first of its kind in India, with over 23 full-scale moving dinosaur models. Among its rides and attractions, it also boasts a vintage camera gallery and a food court that serves a range of local and continental dishes.
Thunderworld chose a suite of Semnox’s ticketing and management solutions to manage the food hall and park entry and exit. The theme park has also opted to implement Semnox’s online reporting module for the managers and directors of the park.
Vincent Adaikalaraj, Executive Director, LA Group said that Thunderworld’s selection of Semnox’s Park Management Software followed a long and detailed evaluation of competitive offerings: “We found a number of significant enhancements in Semnox’s ability to manage not only our many resources, but our underlying ticketing requirement as well as our food court.”
“Thunderworld’s decision to implement Semnox’s Park Management Solution shows the enormous trust that park operators in India have on Semnox’s Products and Services, ” commented Balaji Venugopal, Founder and Director of Semnox Solutions. “The implementation of this solution brings Thunderworld to the forefront of digital ticketing systems improving the end user experience, increasing operational throughput and reducing labour and operating costs.”
“Semnox has proven to be a superior management solution for theme park operators including an operation such as ours, ” Adaikalaraj added.
