“The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure” Launches January 2016

Merlin, Warner Bros and the LEGO Group are launching a brand new 4D LEGO adventure in January 2016, featuring original cast members from “The LEGO® Movie™”.

“The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure” premières at LEGOLAND® Florida on 29th January 2016 before rolling out across LEGOLAND® Parks and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres around the world.

Written by Adam Pava (writer of “The Boxtrolls”) and co-written and directed by Rob Schrab (director of the sequel to “The LEGO Movie" debuting in 2018), the new film sees the return of Elizabeth Banks (Wyldstyle), Alison Brie (Unikitty), Nick Offerman (MetalBeard) and Charlie Day (Benny) as well as introducing a new villain, “Risky Business, ” voiced by Patton Oswalt.

Produced by Pure Imagination Studios, Inc. in Los Angeles, “The LEGO Movie 4D A New Adventure” follows Emmet, Wyldstyle, Unikitty, Benny and MetalBeard on a trip to a new theme park after they receive a mysterious invitation. But, before they know it, the movie’s heroes find themselves embroiled in an evil plot and the audience must use their Master Builder skills to help save them. A range of 4D effects including wind, water, smoke plus special lighting effects enhance the onscreen action.
