Valo Motion, a pioneer in combining interactive technology with physical activities, has released an update to its Operations Hub, marking a major milestone as the company approaches its 10th anniversary in 2026.
The Operations Hub is a centralised operations and insights platform designed to help family entertainment centres (FECs) and active indoor entertainment operators run more predictably, efficiently, and profitably.
As part of Valo Motion's active subscription service plan, the platform provides operators with a single control centre for managing all Valo Motion attractions from desktop and mobile devices.

With this update, it will offer new capabilities to help users face increasing operational complexity, labour pressures, and rising visitor expectations.
Sven Rösch, head of sales at Valo Motion, says: "The Operations Hub gives operators immediate insight into how their digital attractions are actually performing on the floor.
"When you can see your earnings, utilization, guest behavior, and top-performing games in real time, you quickly understand where to focus staff, how to optimize peak hours, and how to generate more revenue from the same square footage."
Providing predictable control
In 2026, operators are navigating a rapidly evolving environment, with continued growth accompanied by intensifying labour pressures, rising visitor expectations, and the need for operational efficiency through digital transformation.
And while today's FECs and indoor activity parks offer a mix of arcade games, active attractions, bowling, VR, F&B, and party spaces to attract multi-generational audiences, this variety places strain on day-to-day operations.
As venues add more experiences and manage more moving parts, predictable data-driven operations are becoming crucial.
Operators that standardise their activities across multiple attractions, utilise scheduling to safeguard peak hours, and respond to real-time performance data can effectively plan staffing according to demand.
This approach helps them maintain attraction availability and make confident, data-driven decisions, instead of relying on guesswork.

The Operations Hub aims to empower operators to run confidently, scale efficiently, and deliver exceptional visitor experiences that drive repeat visits and healthy revenue.
Its updated capabilities include:
- Automated scheduling. Attractions can be powered on and off automatically using scheduled intervals.
- Built-in marketing tools. Users can upload, schedule, and manage promotional content across attraction screens, and branded gameplay videos can be sent directly to visitors.
- Centralised control. Operators can rapidly adjust settings, operation modes, and content across multiple units.
- Mobile accessibility. Full platform functionality is available on mobile devices.
- Real-time insights. The clear, centralised dashboard displays throughput, utilisation, popular games, and usage patterns.
- Versatile business models. Support is available for gated admission, pay-to-play, or reservation-based setups.

With more than 1,650 installations across 1,000+ venues in over 80 countries, generating more than 300,000 plays per day, the Operations Hub strengthens Valo Motion's dedication to helping operators succeed through operational clarity and predictable daily performance.
In November, Valo Motion exhibited at IAAPA Expo 2025, where it further focused on America and the family entertainment centre (FEC) industry.
