ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, has brought its newest innovation, the MammothBLAST Water Coaster, to Atlantis Aquaventure in Dubai, as part of the resort’s expansion.
The attraction’s cutting-edge design mixes the company’s successful water coaster BLAST technology with the fun of rafting for a new family ride experience.
Enhancing a shared experience with speed and power

Riders can enjoy an innovative new face-to-face rafting experience, boosted by ProSlide’s BLAST water jets for extra water-coaster style speed. To make this a reality, the company designed the new 5-person Low Center of-Gravity raft. This caters to a bigger range of guest configurations, seating between 2 and 5 people in specially cushioned, low centre of gravity seats. The new type of raft also increases throughput by 25%.
Last month, ProSlide Technology Inc announced that it had been recognised in the World Waterpark Association’s Leading Edge Awards for three of its projects from this year, including the expansion of Atlantis Aquaventure in Dubai.
The WWA’s Leading Edge Awards highlight new concepts, products or services that bring benefits to water parks, their visitors and the industry as a whole. ProSlide was also honoured for its bespoke RideHOUSE, Svalgurok, at Rulantica, as well as for its work at DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream. The company has featured in these awards, alongside clients and partners, every year since 2012.
